It absolutely has saved me hours per day. It's intuitive, customers have no problems using it. I must also mention that the support is rapid and top-notch. My most recent experience was with Vignesh S R, who solved my issue - but with patience (and compassion). Thank you for all that you do.

Book X funktioniert wirklich super und ist für uns eine große Hilfe im Arbeitsalltag. Die Einrichtung und Nutzung sind übersichtlich und durchdacht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Support, der schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert hilft. Man merkt, dass Anliegen ernst genommen werden und man nicht lange auf Unterstützung warten muss. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und können Book X klar weiterempfehlen.

Really easy to use app- syncs with google calendar. The very few times I've needed any assistance or had any issues- customer service has been absolutely fantastic! No wait time and always happy to help. Pragatheesh was great when I needed assistance today

Does not seem to allow you to pick booking slots when sending manual invoices. Sent an email to support to verify, may have to find something else if it doesn't work as majority of my bookings are done via manual invoices.

We would like to confirm that we have responded to you via email to info@hellomyrrh.com with more details. Our app allows you to create manual bookings directly within the app, which will automatically generate the corresponding Shopify order—so creating a draft order is not required.

I encountered an issue setting up the Rental Products and how to connect and configure it with BookX services and how to properly track the capacity and stocks items and I was assisted by Vignesh S R during the process and I was able to understand the flow and configuration, and also had been educated by him on what are the BookX limitations pertaining to monitoring the capacity available. It was a great customer service I had received.
