I was looking for a way to let customers book an apointment through my website. I started looking for a Calendly integration, but it doesnt exist for Shopify. I found Bookeasy and because of the good reviews, I decided to give it a try.

I am not the most technical person, but I know what customers expect and how to make a clear website. So I was looking for an app that made it easy for me and my customers to book an apointment. I am glad I found Bookeasy because they are so helpful and I got a well working booking app really fast.

Pros:
- Super helpful customer service
- You can translate the copy into your own style and language
- You can adjust the look and feel to match it with your website
- There are several options to make the app compatible with your country - for example you can choose AM/PM or 00.00
- You can add team members and locations so your customers can choose
- You can add extra questions so you can ask information before you meet them

Cons:
- You need to make a product in order to activate a calender - I wasnt looking for that but with some help it turned out well
- It only syncs with Google Calendar one way - it automatically puts customer apointments in your GC but you can't block the Bookeasy time slots based on other apointments you made with suppliers for example - the only way is to block it manually
- I would love to add more book appointment CTA buttons on my productpage, but for now its only possible to show one

Siva was very polite and extremely helpful! I needed help setting up the calendar in my Shopify store, only becuase I'm not the most technically inclined person and he walked me through the process with ease. I'm new to the App so can't comment on its functionality yet, seems as though it's going to be very user friendly, but if it's anything like Siva's customer service, it'll be 5 Stars!
