BookX— Appointment Booking App

The app is great, needs a little thinking through, BUT it's really flexible and the live chat support with Jananee was truly excellent! I got it all running the way I needed it within minutes. This has been a huge step forward for our small company and exactly what we needed! :)

I love this app. Unlike most apps these days, is very well designed from the ground up to be highly configurable and not just push you through a singular process. Fantastic app! It’s the first one I’ve used that doesn’t require creating a product, which makes the setup incredibly fast and hassle-free. Everything is intuitive and easy to customise. I looked at other apps, tried another but this one is AWESOME. After I changed themes I forgot to click a button. Nithish, the technical support person, was so patient, kind and helpful. He also speaks very good English. I highly recommend this company and will be purchasing additional apps from them!

Really good app. The service is amazing. Their customer service was helpful with setting up the appointment with and without a products. I have used logbase apps for a lot of my website and the service is amazing.

Sudhan Ravi helped me today with setting up our pottery workshop appointments. He was very patient as we walked through setup and went over settings.
