I love this app. Unlike most apps these days, is very well designed from the ground up to be highly configurable and not just push you through a singular process. At first I thought getting all the functionality I need was too good to be true for a free app. I had tried so many paid booking apps on free trial and they just didn't provide certain key requirements. I had an issue getting add to cart working fully and the support team responded very quickly and helpfully. You can even schedule a zoom call with them, but I didn't need to! I could not recommend more - especially for a freebie!! A wonderful addition to Shopify marketplace.

I recently installed the Bookeasy app for my Shopify store and ran into an issue with hiding the 'Add to Cart' button. I reached out to their support team, and they responded quickly, resolving my issue in no time. Now, the booking app works exactly as I intended! Excellent customer service and a seamless experience. I highly recommend Bookeasy to anyone needing a reliable booking solution!

great app and great support - always on hand to assist and support any issues you have. offering guidance and advice. they even take on board your views and suggestions for updates and changes . We use this app for booking our experiences . simple and easy to use

Sudhan Ravi helped me today with setting up our pottery workshop appointments. He was very patient as we walked through setup and went over settings. I'm hoping I can get it all to work well with our needs more efficiently. We've got a customized theme so hopefully all will work well together. I added Bookeasy to our website with the intention to replace existing appointment booking. Integration and configuration instructions were very easy to follow and all the functionality we desired are implemented. Sudhan in Customer Technical Assistance was very efficient in solving a minor issue I was having regarding template html coding regarding an non-required "add to cart" button. Sudhan solved the matter in minutes. I'm looking forward to Bookeasy and we are now looking at other Logbse apps for a uniform customer experience across our platform.

Easy to use and works wonderfully. I had some problem with the alignment of the button and their customer service/tech support team were super helpful and got the problem fixed immediately. Highly recommended!
