Easy Appointment Booking App

Would stall when creating an appointment booking. Never downloaded the contents.

The company followed up and connected with me personally. They did a great job listening to my concerns and ensuring they would focus on targeting those areas. Very responsive team for the app. If you do have any issues, don't hesitate to connect with them. I plan to download it in the near future and give the app a go again.

The support of this app is second to none. Any issues that arise the team has fixed or looks into solutions promptly. I love how they accept feedback and suggestions to make the app better and they do try to action the ones they can. It's a great app already and I just know its going to keep getting better and better.

This is the first booking app I have used so I don't have a lot to compare it to. But it's pretty user-friendly as far as creating bookings, rescheduling, etc. Also going back to look back at old bookings or accessing customer info. There have been issues for sure, but the customer service and support has been really good.

This is a fantastic app to use for your website when appointment booking is needed. It's simple and straight-forward - plus they have A+ customer service - through chat on their website and also google meets. Look forward to seeing continual build of this product to include instagram integration for 'book now' in-profile. But for what it is, it's a great app.

Love it! Super easy to set up, and the customer service team responds quickly and resolves any issues right away. Highly recommend!

Großartiger Support. Programm funktioniert so wie man es erwartet und ist sehr vielseitig. es gibt ein paar Feinheiten bei den Einstellungen, aber mit etwas Übung versteht man diese auch.

This app is by far the one that provides us the most flexibility. For any feature we can't achieve, we can manage around it with customer service. Speaking of customer service -- this is the most personable team, and we love that they're local to us. For us, it's the relationship that matters!!

This is one of the loveliest software support teams I've encountered - and I use a lot of software and apps! The app itself was fairly straightforward to get going without looking at any directions, and anything that I wasn't sure on, I was able to find a helpful video to sort out. In the end, I only had one thing I actually had to ask support about in regards to setup.

I also came in hot with a crisis on my other software and a need to switch to them with a FAST turnaround and they were GREAT in helping me through the import process to get my existing bookings ported over. I couldn't find another option that was as clean and easy to use that would also import my current bookings over. I had a LOT of questions through this process and their support was LIGHTNING fast. Many apps take a day or two to respond, which is fair - but these guys were on it like within an hour max.

Ultimately, I can see they really care about what they are doing and are super responsive, that's worth it's weight in gold when you need to rely on a booking software app.

Very great app, i use the free plan for now and its super intuitive and efficient. I needed help with something, the team was so helpful and patient, i recommend !
