Never used the app. I have attempted to uninstall for months and continuously received "Sorry, something went wrong and we were not able to surface data needed to delete this app. Please try again soon!" . Charge $15 Monthly for an app I'm not using and can't cancel. Still waiting on a reply from customer service.

I love this app! It makes adding bookings to my shopify so easy! Easy to use system and the customer service is amazing.
Just started using this app for my new services based business website and am liking it so far. Seems intuitive and easy to use which is all you can really ask for-- as long as no issues crop up, I'll likely upgrade to Pro if/when my business does well later this year.
Great support from Ray and the team. Process is pretty simple to setup and easier than similar booking apps I've tried. Pricing is similar and more cost effective per user if you have a big team. 10/10 Experience

I tested nearly every booking app on Shopify. Two others came close to what I need in a booking service, but I ultimately decided on this app for two reasons. 1) it is compatible with my theme and offers the features and customizations I require, and 2) customer service, Ray in particular, goes above and beyond to make sure that you as a customer are satisfied. My booking pages flow seamlessly now and the calendar reflects my brand beautifully. Don't be overwhelmed if you try it and can't figure it out at first. There are lots of settings and I almost gave up on it but I'm extremely glad I didn't. I navigate the settings like a pro now Looking forward to taking lots of booking with this app and seeing what new features they have in store.

Great app for having customers set appointments online. Customer service is also excellent - very fast. I highly recommend this app if you're looking self-booking appointment system.

The app synced well to the stores' paid theme and when I had any issues I hopped on to their chat service and the experience was A*. Ray was amazingly helpful and even suggested to help with things that would make my store even better when he didn't have to. I have never left an app review on shopify but Ray deserves one for his fantastic service and help with my store!

It was easy to use and it is very helpful towards booking clients. I was previously using a manual method for scheduling. It has just elevated my site to a new level.
We chose this particular product as it fully integrated within Shopify admin and not having to login into external apps or websites was one of the factors choosing. Aside from that, the functionality is excellent, the customisations and the flexibility will suit most service based businesses and we couldn't be happier. Further, the support offered throughout has been excellent, matching the ambitions of such an agile nimble team who are prepared to listen intently and see where they can address any / all issues, concerns or even requests for changes. Highly recommended.

Great for all of our booking needs and customer service is great and responsive! definitely recommend!
I used this app to enable my customers to make a booking 24/7 whenever they wanted to, rather than having to ring us during our opening hours. It's helped increase bookings drastically because unsurprisingly most bookings come in between 9pm-11pm - I would imagine as customers go to bed and realise they 'should've done this' during the day. It's really easy to use & their support responds instantly if you do have any queries.

I use this app to accept bookings for classes we hold at our wellness studio. It provides flexibility for events that happen once a month or several times a day. I'm really happy with the fact that there's an option to customize confirmation, reminder and thank you e-mails. Most of all I appreciate the level of customer service. I'm really really happy I've chosen to work with this particular app for what we're doing because the design is great, it's easy enough to use and the price is really reasonable. A great booking app that intergrated wonderfully with my shopify store. Unfortunetally my services changed direction and I needed another software that could support group classes. Customer Service was incredible and a particual shout out to Ray his quick responses and solutions.
