Truly amazing customer service. Prompt responses as always from simple to complicated questions. You can tell that they value their product and customers. You can request features (reminds me of Jira) and the devs are highly receptive to feedback. Couldn't recommend this more. Too good to gatekeep.

The app is really straightforward to use and the support I received is excellent. Great customer service. You are able to edit many things on the app. Some things still need to be automated so that the person using the app can edit these things by himself. One thing the app lacks is the way it doesn't carry surge priced items, if a customer wants to buy another thing.
