Great features, only minor issues and just awesome support. Speaking of the support, they are awesome. They fix issues fast, are responsive to feature request and helpful when in a pinch. You can create mail & text-journeys for your customers in the app and even rather complex product setups. All in all: Great!

I loved the help that is provided. I got the same individual three times for my issues. I am new to using Appointo and my rep logged in to google video twice to walk me through whatever i needed. I love that you all are there at my fingertips. I canceled my Calendly account and i will not be going back.

Extraordinary customer service! I asked about a specific feature that I couldn't find in the app; they took the time to ask me for more details about it, and then they built EXACTLY what was needed. We were looking for a system where customers could purchase Afternoon Teas and reserve times to enjoy them in our cafe. We also needed them to offer times to come and pick them up too. It needed to work with a number of variants. After a google meet, we got set up in about 10/15 minutes and now we're good to go. Works like a treat. Great app, great service...now let's hope the customers use it! :)

Diese App erleichtert mir erheblich meine Abläufe, ich nutze sie bereits seit über 1,5 Jahren, deshalb kann ich hier mit entsprechender Erfahrung bewerten, absolut zuverlässig. Heute musste ich etwas ändern, E-Mailadresse und dadurch den Google Kalender neu verbinden, habe mich an den Support gewandt, sofort Unterstützung. Ich behalte die App weiterhin und würde niemals wechseln.
