Appointment Booking App ointo

This is super easy to use. I had a minor glitch, and Makul from support fixed it for me within 15 minutes using the help chat function. 10/10 customer service!

OMG! I think that I have found the one! I have been through a few different booking apps and haven't been satisfied. I came across this app on another site and clicked the link and I am glad I did! I has the features that I have been looking for and more. When I had issues at 1am EST someone was there to help me on the chat. Then when I had another issue Tarang promptly jumped on a video call to help all me through the problem. I am still setting up the system but so far so good!

It is an amazing app. There are so many features as compared to other apps in the market. I highly recommend it. Also, the support team is awesome. Any issues, feature requests are handled as soon as possible. Love it!

Today we moved to Appointo and we are absolute stunned! We received amazing customer service from Tarang who helped us tweak our settings in order to get exactly what we needed. We have previously tried several different calendar booking apps on the webstore and this is by far the best one we have ever used and will be using from now on. The app was very easy to install and navigate through, and if I ran into any issues the support team was quick to solve them or answer any questions that I have. Appointo is by far the best calendar-based booking app on Shopify with an even better support team.
