I love using the app for my booking site! The support is very very helpful and hands on! I'm always able to get the help I need quick and the results are amazing. The app is very easy to use and with the quick support team I get my issues resolved quick. I use the chat and sometimes I use the video chat for more detailed assistance. Great features, only minor issues and just awesome support. Speaking of the support, they are awesome. They fix issues fast, are responsive to feature request and helpful when in a pinch. You can create mail & text-journeys for your customers in the app and even rather complex product setups. All in all: Great!

This is the best appointment booking app! It is easy to use, integrated with Google Calendar and the customer service is quick and so very helpful! They actually got on a live video call to help me set up the app in my store!

I loved the help that is provided. I got the same individual three times for my issues. I am new to using Appointo and my rep logged in to google video twice to walk me through whatever i needed. I love that you all are there at my fingertips. I canceled my Calendly account and i will not be going back.

Extraordinary customer service! I asked about a specific feature that I couldn't find in the app; they took the time to ask me for more details about it, and then they built EXACTLY what was needed. It is a unique experience to work with such a responsive team. They are truly there to help and meet our needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
