I missed a ton of potential clients due various glitches on this app, from not being able to add new services, to not being able to enable the current ones to work, it cost me thousands of dollars in missed revenue. Their team said it would take 12-16 hours to fix. Not acceptable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I love using this app to offer my customers virtual shopping appointments! It's easy to navigate, but when I need more help, the support is exceptional. I get clear answers from a human every time I reach out. Highly recommend!

On the APPOINTO free plan, customising the booking calendar to match your branding isn't normally possible. However, Bhagya, a representative from Appointo, made an exception and did this for the House of King Ria during verification. This gesture alone signalled faith in our business's potential, which we will honour by consistently choosing this app. The customer care was excellent, and responsiveness was impressively swift.

The support team at Appontio is incredible — superfast, professional, and always helpful. The app itself is excellent; I use the paid version, and it’s definitely worth it. It syncs perfectly with my calendar and makes managing bookings effortless: reminders, cancellations, updates… everything works smoothly. Highly recommended!
