We implemented this to save us admin time in our consultations and it has been great so far. The support is very quick and very helpful. No question is too much.

For our business, there are certain limitations however I think they are continuing to improve the product and make it even better. The subscription option recently implemented was exactly what we required, as it now allows our customers to self-serve and book their own appointments without requiring manual follow up!

I really enjoy this app it has a lot of great features. I was having some trouble at first getting it up and running but they offered to do a video call to walk me through the process. Customer service was amazing. Highly recommend

This is the first review I have left for a long time. I am very, VERY happy with this app. The app does everything I needed it to do. Its straight forward. Some things could be tweeked like the terminology for some areas in the app but apart form that, its great. When I did have an issue, the guys were very prompt with responding back to me and resolved it quickly.

I just signed up for this appointment application late last evening. It was pretty easy for me to set up, except that I am only scheduling 3 days in December, so I got messed up with how to actually do that. I made an appointment today for 1:00-1:15pm (which ran over to about 1:25 since I wanted to make sure I understood how to set it up properly). The team member was very kind, patient, and helpful. So, I am happy to say that my 3 days of appointments are set up perfectly. Also, it was so easy to then forward it to my Facebook Page too. Thank you Appointo, Loving this app!! What can I say. Not only does this app do more than exactly what I'm looking for, but the team are so amazing to work with. I spoke to Priyanshu and after a few messages he was on a call with me, sharing my screen whilst he talked me through everything I needed. Honestly one of the best services I've ever experienced. This is by far the best appointment and booking app. It makes my complex rental bookings, subscriptions, and one-time purchases a breeze. Karan from CS is awesome. He has been in service with me patiently from the time I installed the app and through every setup. I tried many booking apps before this and emailed ALL apps about my requirements, and Appointo was the FIRST to reply and help me out and understand the app. Don't look any further, This is the BEST booking app. Take your time to have a call with them and they can assist you tremendously.

I have had an issue with the app which was resolved in a timely manner, considering it happened during the weekend. Overall everything works as it should. I would however like to see a few additional features for the app such as automatic booking of days after the second subscription payment and surge pricing for multi-day bookings.

Special praise to the support team, whose service is unparalleled. Usually, you get an answer through their live chat within half hour and it is easy to set up a call. It would take a good product to be swayed from Appointo.

Lot of great features are included in the free plan! And finally a Shopify app that actually integrates pretty into your shop!!

The customer service you get with Appointo is UNMATCHED. Priyanshu was absolutely beyond helpful and showed me available options with the pro plan that I likely never would have otherwise found in my own. He and Appointo really helped upgrade our site and our booking experience in general. After using many different apps, Appointo is my favourite.
