Just started using it, but it looks really good so far. I spoke to someone at Appointo within 5 minutes of installing the app and he walked me through the entire process and made the learning process easier for me.

I've only just started using the app, but it's been so much more straight forward and simple than other apps I've trialed. I had a support call for a couple of things I wanted to clarify and they were super helpful on the phone!

This is by far the most helpful support I have received from any app. The support call gave me so much information and was really easy to understand and follow as well as introducing me to some extra features of the app I didn't know about.

Smooth set-up, great customer service! They walked me through how to get the app up and running for my store and were able to customize features to make it work best for my needs!

The support we receive from the staff is above and beyond our expectations. We have run into many unexpected issues with the app but the staff are quick to respond and have helped us solve every issue we have encountered. We have talked with them many times sometimes about multiple issues in a single day but the staff are never perturbed and are always helpful.

We plan on using their apps indefinitely. They have a great team!

I am so grateful for the amazing support with the installation of this app. I would have had to pay my web designer $350 to do what Priyanshu did for me for free. Much better than the other app I was using as you can actually access support if needed. The advisor I spoke to was really helpful in getting me set up and showed me around the different features. Great service!!

Had a few minor mix ups but the support was amazing and response was quick. Just make sure you go through all the settings and change options to suit your business and you can save yourself the panic I had. But very easy to use and set up. My only complaint is the app is very slow to load on the POS.

I was very not sure how to set up! but after having support meeting, all my requirements were solved. This is the best booking app that i have ever tried and can't believe the price that they offer with this much service. Definitely recommend !

Great customer support. Easy to use features and staff will get on the phone with you if you need help. Priyanshu called me to help me set up the booking schedule. Very helpful and patient. Overall great tool to help you atrract new customers and grow your business.
