Appointo has been fantastic so far and has excellent customer service to help you get your calendar to where it needs to be.

Good and easy to use. integrates seamlessly into the theme and also the help/support staff were really quick and efficient. although the drawback is that i cant change the color of the calendar on the free plan

We use the app as we got 1 product that we are not allowed to sell online by regulations, so customers can apply online for appointment for consultation. the support of the app is fantastic. super fast responds

Priyanshu WAS fantastic. He could easily navigate me around the site and answered all my queries promptly. He asked for a review and I left it straight away knowing Id probably forget, I initially left a fair 4* review and then after submitting immediately received a phone call on my personal mobile with him demanding that I take the review down or amend it to 5*! I appreciate you want high ratings but forcing someone is not the way to go about it. So I have deleted this app and gone elsewhere. You have lost a customer and now received an even lower review.

I really like that I can set up appointment scheduling with this app. I had to contact support initially as the app wouldn't let me remove duplicate info fields for when clients reserve their appointment. The team was able to quickly address the issue. I wish that you could at least have 3-4 services offered in the free package. I think that this app is good and will continue to get better over time with adjustments here and there.

I really like this app and the option to add a page called Book Appointment. This works best for my business, since I offer consultations. The support was really helpful and I'm so glad I requested a call after I installed the app. They walked me through everything so that I am up-and-running immediately. Definitely recommend!
