The app does exactly what it should!

Some minor adjustments were needed and I was able to do most of them myself.

At some point I needed a small adjustment in the app and they added the feature within a day!

I really appreciate good service. Hopefully they will grow and build many more apps.

This is exactly what I have been looking for! I have a wholesale side of my shop for which I needed a better registration system. I was using a paid for app but as a very small business just starting out who only needed one basic custom form, I hated paying such a fee while I still had to use a workaround on my site to make the user flow not terrible(not great either).

SureCust fixed all of that for me! Within an hour of installing the app, I had a new workflow for my wholesale applicant that is streamlined and simple. Not to mention as a sole proprietor business owner with plenty to do to run the business, I was able to cut my administration flow down to two steps.

It does everything I need and is extremely fairly priced as their model is based on the number of custom forms you need.

As with other reviews, their support is polite, fast, and responsive. I had a couple of custom requests that they implemented immediately. As a UX designer by trade, I can't help but make improvement suggestions, to which the support team is delighted and eager to add to the app.

Yes, the app is amazing, but what's just as good is the wonderful customer service I have received. The team is quick to respond to all of my questions and requests. One of the best apps I have got on my store. It's so easy to use and if you have any problems then customer service are so quick to help. I needed to tweak the form to match my layout and they created me a custom form the next day!! Incredibly pleased with the service and couldn't thank you guys enough.
