This merchant continues to steal from me, after promising me in writing twice, they wouldnt be charging me for 2 months due to the enourmous amount of problems and system issues they experience. Then they fixed the issues after months of me begging and them ignoring me and then they sent thousands of out of stock products to my stores. All this time, i have been paying but getting no service. Then they promise to not bill me for the next 2 months and then they bill me. Shopify are as uselsss and offer no help and just accept app scenic doing this. WHAT A JOKE. Something that should take 1 day to action has taken months and its still not done! Thats what you get with this company.
Im Rechnungskonfigurator gibt es kein Feld für die UmsatzsteuerID Nummer. Die ist in Deutschland aber ein Pflichtangabe bei EU Lieferungen. Man kann natürlich das Feld Bundesland zweckentfremden, aber es wird schnell klar, dass diese Plattform nicht für Importe in den Deutschen Markt gemacht ist. Natürlich kann man zusätzliche PlugIns kaufen. Mein Anspruch ist, dass ein Anbieter seine eigenen Dienste zunächst rechtskonform anbietet.
Appscenic has been excellent in helping me build my brand of flip-flop tabi socks. We are a niche product, at the moment, and they have been able to help us expand beyond the walls of your regular Amazon consumer. I am looking forward to growing with Appscenic helping us keep more of the money for ourselves to help grow our company and not giving it all to Amazon lol.
Pretty good for the price. Setup was super quick. Connected my store and imported products in minutes. The AI product descriptions and images are surprisingly good, didn’t expect that.
I'm running this for a few weeks and it’s been pretty dependable. Orders process automatically and the tracking updates show up without delays. The product import is quick and the interface is easy to work with. Not perfect, but it definitely makes managing the store a lot simpler.
AppScenic.com overpromises and consistently under-delivers, making it a frustrating experience for any serious dropshipper.
The platform lacks a competitive edge, as many products are available for the same price at major retailers like Walmart, Houzz, and eBay, leaving no room for a sustainable markup.
Technically, the app is deeply flawed: product descriptions frequently import with broken HTML, missing dimensions, and incorrect tagging. While they offer AI credits to "fix" these issues, the tool fails because it cannot generate quality content from the poor source data provided. Furthermore, the cataloging system is unreliable; my collection pages failed to sync or publish correctly, and even after spending hours with tech support, the issues remained unresolved.
To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund despite the software's failure to perform as advertised.
Buyer beware: this platform is a significant investment of time and money with very little return.
I’ve been using this app daily and it’s been pretty reliable overall. The automation handles most of the backend work, which saves a lot of time. Product imports are quick and the syncing works without much effort. There are still small things to improve, but it definitely helps simplify running a dropshipping store.
Been using this for a few weeks now and it’s been pretty smooth. The product sourcing is solid and I like that most suppliers are local, so shipping is faster. The AI tools help speed things up, especially for listings. Not perfect, but definitely worth it if you want to save time and keep things organized.
What stood out to me is how everything runs in the background. Orders, tracking, stock updates — it’s all handled automatically. I’ve been able to focus more on marketing instead of daily tasks. There’s a bit of a learning curve at the start, but once you get used to it, it works really well.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had using AppScenic. I am currently on the Elite subscription and paying $99 per month, yet the platform does not seem to properly support engraving or personalized products.
I tried multiple solutions, including a paid customization app and Shopify custom fields. Everything displays correctly on the Shopify order page, including the customer’s name and phone number for engraving. However, when the order appears in the AppScenic dashboard, the engraving details are completely missing. This makes it impossible to process personalized orders properly.
Because of this issue, I have already lost nearly two full days trying to troubleshoot something that should work seamlessly. Instead of focusing on launching my Meta ads and growing my store, I’ve been stuck dealing with a technical problem.
Customer support has also been disappointing. Responses take 3–4 hours, and the support chat shuts down completely after 10 PM, which makes it very difficult to resolve urgent issues.
For a platform charging $99 per month for the Elite plan, I expected much better integration with Shopify and far more responsive customer support. At the moment, the experience has been frustrating and has delayed my business progress.
