Great app for free, the few things that I suggested to make it better the team got back to me quick and if they also liked it added it within 24 hours it seems. Once my store gains traction I will upgrade to the starter pack to support them.

We've been through the ringer with a couple of the well known entities in the loyalty space. This app is amazing! The developers have thought of everything and the killer feature for me was the built-in Build-A-Box functionality. Their team handled all the migration from my previous subscription app - completely free of charge - and all my endless queries, as well as helping to customize my widget and site settings and UX. The price is a fraction of the competition as there are no usage charges. And did I mention how awesome the entire customer support team are? They are available 24/7 and respond within minutes! Don't waste your time, money or stress - if you're thinking about a subscription app, please do yourself a favour and try this one first.

So far, I've had a great experience with this app. I haven't even paid for it or fully implemented it yet, but they've filled several feature requests that I needed before I felt comfortable hitting the GO button with regular progress updates. I've been using Joy Loyalty rewards for almost a year prior, and they NEVER implemented a single request I made. I'll be migrating over this week, can't wait!

This app is so easy to setup and use. There are lots of informative videos that walk you through the process and they have a team of support specialists that really worked with me to get all my customers from my previous loyalty app transferred to this app so they could keep all their points.

Any questions you have, they are right there answering them. Probably the smoothest transition I've ever had with any app. Thank you to support staff and the migration team for getting me on track!
