Such a great customer service!! Replied within 2 minutes and instantly helped me with changing the colors so the loyalty program fits my webdesign. Shout out to Nancy for her great help and kind advice.

This is my first reward program and I love it! It's perfect for my needs and easy to set up and run. I had one little problem, totally operator error, I missed a setting. Harris figured out what it was and even made a video (on my account screen) for me to help me fix it. Outstanding customer service, thank you!

I have not yet used the app but the support to make the migration was awesome. The fact that pricing is low compared to other alternatives made me make the decision to migrate. Thank you so much!

installed very easily, easily set up, had to contact help team to import data from another app, customer team member Kate was quick with replies and imported all for me, she even customised the app to go with my current theme extra bonus, 10 out 10 for Kate. Highly Recommend :)
