Amazing app and such a high level of service! Their support answers within seconds and actually takes time to answer it well, record loom videos, etc. Also whenever I've requested a feature, they have it sometimes within a week. I expected maybe 10 months minimum.

A great app with a multitude of features. It's really made it easy to manage customer points and create specific customizations for tiered spending or bonus point incentives.

Their customer service team is extremely quick to getting back to you so you can configure new incentives and test features, ultimately doing what's best for your customers. Something that would have taken me all day to figure out was resolved and implemented within 20 minutes, and their team is super friendly as well!

We were previously with Recharge and had to switch due to lack of support, features and increasingly expensive plans that did not make sense.

This app does everything I was hoping for and more! They are as far as I know the only app out there that offers redeem rewards at checkout as part of their free plan. Most other apps only offer this as part of their premium plans and even then, only to shopify plus merchants. Their customer service team was incredibly helpful and migrated my existing rewards program to Appstle within minutes. Their tutorials were easy to understand and follow. I was set up and running within a couple of hours. The best part? No more customers complaining they can't figure out how to redeem their rewards. Highly recommend!
