We've been using this app primarily for the loyalty points feature, and it has been a game changer for our business! The app is incredibly comprehensive, offering everything from loyalty programs and referrals to store credits and VIP tiers. I haven't even gone live with the app yet, but based on responsiveness of support whilst I get the backend setup I give it 5 starts. I left another very large animal sounding loyalty app for this very reason - I didn't matter to them it felt.

Great customer service, they answered any questions we had regarding the app and integration with third party apps to enhance our customer experience. We have looked around and had a few loyalty apps in the past and so far everything is good with appstle.

So far so good, some minor problems came up but they were on my end and Uri was an excellent help! I'm only on the free version currently until I can get some more site traffic so I can't comment on some of the features, but I think this app is a keeper. Best plan prices I've seen for the features they include.
