Appstle Loyalty Reward Program

We’re using Appstle Loyalty for our bonus points program and are very happy with it. The app does exactly what we need and was easy to set up and use. What really stands out is the support — the team helped us several times, always quickly and without complications. They even made some technical adjustments for us, which we really appreciated. Overall a great app with excellent support. Highly recommended!

We've been using Appstle suite for some time now, their subscription app has been the foundation of our store for sometime now and we're incredibly happy with the platform. We added the Loyalty program earlier this year and it's been a fantastic addition for our customer experience, I must say there was a steep learning curve to understand all the rules we needed to apply, but once we got our heads around that it's been fantastic and really helped us with our return customer rates.

From all options, I chose this app. The app is great, offering everything you need for loyalty and referrals together, and the support is just awesome. There is plenty of customization possibilities, sometimes on CSS level to reach the visual and style we needed and without support it would be super complicated to achieve it. The only thing I would improve is the way it's implemented. Although it flexible, the loyalty program and dashboard are pre-built pages you have to use. Still, it would be better if everything was a widget I could use on any page and customize it based on my needs.
