So far, so good. I have not been using the app very long, but I am pleased so far.
One thing that I am VERY happy about is the customer support. I needed help with a couple of things and was able to get help immediately! Thanks to Momna for her EXCELLENT customer service!!!

Appstle does everything right! Whether their Loyalty & Rewards app or their subscriptions, everything is designed extremely well. Almost any situation you could think of is accounted for. For those that aren't, the team is able to make the necessary updates - and they frequently do! The development team is by far the best I've ever worked with. From top to bottom, the whole team is extremely responsive, helpful, and detailed! This is a crew that truly listens and cares about every customer's situation, and they will do whatever they can to accommodate it!

The app works exactly as I hoped it would. Also, the customer support and engineering teams have been helpful in making sure my concern was addressed.

So far so good. For a newly released app, these folks seems to have thought everything through. And when there is an issue, their customer service and response time is outstanding. I love working with these folks

I am impressed! I used another App for rewards for some time. After they changed their policies causing a huge price hike I needed a new app. After quite a bit of time looking I found this one. Not only is it free, but its a better product that what the other guys wanted huge $$ for. Their customer service is on point with quick responses and helped me migrate a huge customer group. Then took a Saturday phone call with me to hear some concerns I had and made changes right away to help fit my needs. I am already thrilled and I still have additional features I need to take advantage of. Great product, I highly recommend this

Franchement c'est la meilleure application dans leur domaine, tout est en anglais c'est le hic, mais pour la gratuité les fonctionnalités sont nombreuses, le sav est ultra rapide et les possibilités de personnalisation sont top aussi !
Je recommande à 300% !!

Compared across a number of loyalty apps and this works for our needs the most. So far the team has been pretty responsive and proactive to improve the app. Keep up the good work!
