The support offered is really incredible. They have been able to help almost instantly with any issue I've had getting the tech part of my membership up and running.

The customer/support service is what really makes this app worth it. Don't get me wrong, the app is GREAT! But the service and support you get makes it AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this app and its team.

I asked many questions and the support team is always ready to answer and help me immediately. the app is also easy to set up membership services, to have membership perks or discounts, but if there can be more documents and clear video tutorials will be great. the email marketing should be more dynamic and customized too.

Have been evaluating different membership apps and Appstle app seems to be the only one not charging transaction fees. The beginning was a little challenging with multiple customer service agents and long wait times. Then I was connected to Mann who had a great idea to set up a quick meeting to discuss everything. We set up the membership plan in 30 min.

The appstle team were incredibly helpful in getting me setup with the product after a few teething issues. Great support!

Installed and started to have a few questions, so I contacted support. WOW! I had my own personal developer install and configure the app as I waited! They even used my theme's colors pallet to customize the widgets, AMAZING! Top-notch service!!! This membership app and the subscription app by same developer work good together and had all the features I needed.

During setup I had some questions. Muhammad answered them promptly and got me headed in the direction I needed. Great product and even better support.

App is still fairly young so it has some features that could and should be developed in the software. (i.e 1. full integration with pagefly, for memberships not just subscriptions. 2. an option to set the memberships to nonrecurring payment for 1 time off products if you want to keep them as customers for members only content.)
