We recently moved our little (not-for-profit) Shopify based membership system over to Appstle, so as our organisation membership base grew, we could better support them.

Appstle lived up to our expectations- not only did they help us migrate our membership list and set up our plans, even when some of our members (slipped through the gaps) during the test periods and transfer, they went out of their way to help us resolve the issue.

The Customer Service is absolutely incredible with Appstle. They are even building in a new feature that I inquired about and always answer when I need help. 10/10

So far it's been great - only a few days in - but the service has been incredible. Uri and the team seem to always be available no matter the time of day (or night!)

Getting it setup the right way takes a few hours - mostly to understand as memberships are new for us, but so far all the features we would want are available and easy to configure.

We had a few unusual requests from our end, and most of them were quite tricky. The Appstle Team (Uri & Hussain) took the matter into their hands and spent a lotta time helping us out. They even scheduled a couple of calls to walk us through different solutions. Uri went out of his way to record loom videos right and left to help us out (whenever we had a question) Thank you team for accommodating all our requests and going out of your way to help us out.

I recently had contact with customer support and I am thoroughly impressed. My questions were answered competently and promptly, allowing me to continue with my work immediately. Additionally, the support team inquired about any other possible concerns I might have. Adrian was extremely friendly, competent, understanding, and he addressed my issue in a goal-oriented manner. I highly recommend this service based on my excellent experience.

Great app, very fully featured. Setup is mostly pretty easy, but even if you do hit a snag, the support team is really helpful.
