Team of absolute ninjas. Typical male, I spent 48 hours casting around trying to figure it all out myself - within 30 mins of contacting the team they had everything implemented that I needed. The apps are cool, the team is cool, Kate is Chief Ninja. Just sign up already.

Got my first product set up smoothly, but could not access the Member Portal. Contacted support through the chat. They couldn't fix immediately so I had to wait on the dev team. Took a few days to connect with the dev team, but once I did the issue was solved in 5 minutes. Great product once it's up and running.

I was struggling with customizing the membership widget and the support was speedy quick to help support! I would suggest making customizing easier but the support was phenomenal, I would recommend this app.

Just downloaded it today and their customer service was amazingly helpful. First of all, it was an actual person who actually knew what they were doing and who was kind and helpful. Not kidding. They were able to help direct me and make changes on my behalf to optimize the Appstle Membership features and even on my Shopify page to benefit the integration. I had a little problem with the membership app, I couldn't set it up. I wrote to them in chat and they answered immediately. They were very kind and helped me, and my problem was solved after 5 minutes. I recommend them, the app is excellent. I definitely recommend this app for membership!

So far this app has been very convenient. I have been messing with it for 4 or 5 days now and haven't had any complaints. Any issues with them integration or otherwise has been handled quickly by the team so A+ customer service regardless of anything else! Special shoutout to the team member that realized quickly that I am super busy because he just video'd himself doing the thing i needed help with so I could watch it when I slowed down!

I had an issue with some formatting of my custom theme. The Appstle team members got it sorted out right away. Extremely impressed with their response time and level of knowledge to fix issues.
