Amazing customer service! Super quick to responded and are very knowledgeable. Their API is perfect for integrating into our apps. The only thing I can think of would be more customization for the widget and possibly a ways to bulk select members instead of typing their codes. But, other then that 5/5 and even those things we have been working around.

I needed something simple that was not crazy hard or insanely expensive. Appstle did just that. I needed help with 1 code and they were right on it for me through their chat. I have been struggling with other apps all week and I wish I had looked at them in the beginning. Now I can actually start marketing. Thanks you for the great app and amazing customer service.

This is now my 2nd life review, as it seems worth giving. Appstle offers incredible apps, and this membership app definitely follows suit. It is simple, yet seems to give way more than appears, primarily due to the professional feel it gives your company, and with how smooth the app runs. There is plenty of customization to make it seem like everything is provided from you, the merchant. The customer service is also great, and responsive, however, ANNIE is AMAZING! She is a great combination of friendly and informative, she is fast at fixing all issues, and excellent with follow up communications when issues are not hers to fix. Very very happy with their customer service. Maryum was patient, experienced, and kind. She guided me through the whole setup process according to our requests. At Crescent Cast, we are focused on selling high-quality crystals and needed an app to provide our loyal customers with a membership plan. This app suits our needs perfectly and with their free plan we get to test the integration and functionality on our site. Very happy so far setting everything up, now hoping once we get people subscribing, the app remains working well. The good thing is that I know we can count on their customer service if any problem arises!
