The application has stopped working and is giving "Fatal error", I need to use the application because it is hurting my business
Sorry for the inconvenience; it was an unexpected and unavoidable error.
We fixed the issue, and now everything is back to normal we will make sure such errors won't happen again.

It's really really helpful and helps establish credibility. It would be helpful as an extended feature to be able to filter out certain reviews by keyword. For example, there are quite a few reviews mentioning "amazon" and I have to go through each review and manually remove it.
Hello, thank you for your words. We have words filter before you import or for already imported reviews you can remove the review or replace the words at once for all reviews.
This is a good app for reviewing the products but can't find it on the home page....a little better would be appreciated.
There is a bug right now. In the review section you now see: Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required '/var/lib/sec/prepend.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php72/pear') in Unknown on line 0.
Please fix this ASAP
Great app and great customer support. Easy to install, straightforward importing of reviews from Amazon and management.
Great App so far, and you guys are super fast. I made request for a few changes and you already did before I could realise it. Great customisation and theme options for the app too. Working so well for me.
