This app is very well-designed, and the founder is a pleasure to work with. The customer service is top-notch, and the features are comprehensive, offering nearly everything you'd need. They seem focused on high quality. My future wish is for automated mockups and a broader selection of frames, especially traditional frames, as they complement my artwork better. I’m planning to use the app for at least one of my stores.
I have been using Artelo for about 3 months now. Setup was easy and I found their app to be very intuitive. Their customer service has been great every step of the way- from onboarding to now dealing with orders/shipments. Quality control is very consistent and I am proud to offer their products in my store. Production and shipping time is fast. Overall working with Artelo has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless POD experience.
