I installed the app, then I upgraded just to see what the "customized jewelry box" would look like with my logo, etc. I wasn't impressed, so tried to downgrade back to the free version. I looked everywhere, could not find anywhere to change my subscription. I reached out to support (via chat). I got a response via email a few hours later. It was step-by-step instructions on how to UNSUBSCRIBE from the app. So I did. Goodbye, Artshiney!

We are not cheating, or being rude or disrespecting you. Your evaluation is very unfair to us.
You give us such an unfair evaluation as soon as you download it. It is hard for us not to believe that it is a malicious attack on us by our competitors.
