Fast support! They even added a feature for me. I just can't recommend this app enough.

I tried a lot of apps but Asklayer has the highest response rate and is multi channel.

Easy to set up and get insights from your customers.

Using it for post purchase and it's really good with flows. Our dev has built some complex conditionals that aren't possible with other apps.

Best on the app store by far.

The integration with Shopify is seamless, and the user-based targeting is a great bonus. Love it!
