Fast support! They even added a feature for me. I just can't recommend this app enough.

It does each channel better than the dedicated apps. I’m using post-purchase surveys, emails and exit surveys.

The app works well and has been easy to use for our needs. We’ve used it for a simple post-purchase survey to find out how customers heard about us, and it performed exactly as expected with no issues. Since we used it during a free promotional period, I can't speak much to the value for the money, but based on our experience so far, it seems like a solid tool for basic survey needs.

Asklayer is already the best tool in my arsenal, the team helped me connect it to Slack and get realtime feedback from customers.

Integrates really well with flows and adds the responses to order notes.

Absolutely love this app! It does everything I could possibly want it to do, is fast and user friendly, customizable, and the support is friendly. There's no reason to use any other paid app out there.
