Asklayer Survey & NPS for pros

AskLayer has been a game-changer for our Shopify store! This app provides an intuitive and engaging way to connect with our customers, offering personalized interactions that truly enhance their shopping experience. The customization options are fantastic, allowing us to tailor the interface to match our brand seamlessly.

This app is fantastic—user-friendly with outstanding support. We’ve been using it across multiple markets, and it works well. The only area for improvement would be the translation setup, which needs to be configured for each survey individually. The design can occasionally feel less intuitive, but we’ve always managed to set things up just the way we want. Anthony has been incredibly helpful, providing quick and reliable support. Definitely one of our top Shopify apps.

It is very useful, but quite expensive.

I tried three of the cheapo survey apps before giving up and paying for this. You get what you pay for, it's true!
