Asklayer Survey & NPS for pros

We have been very pleased with using the platform so far. It is extremely intuitive and easy for our entire team to use. We now rely solely on Asklayer for sending surveys like NPS and pop-ups during the customer journey on our site.

After testing most of the similar options in the Shopify App Store for a multi-page customer feedback survey, we ultimately chose Asklayer as our solution. Anthony, the founder, was instrumental in helping us tailor the app to our needs and was incredibly responsive to feedback on a couple of features. His support exceeded modern expectations, going above and beyond, which we deeply value.We plan to continue using Asklayer for future customer outreach campaigns and highly recommend it to others looking to implement similar improvements on their sites.

Crosstab analysis is great and Anthonys explanations and help getting started alone are worth the cost.

Only app that does it all, enterprise grade app but consumer grade price. Can be installed on post-purchase without Shopify Plus.

The app works well and has been easy to use for our needs. We’ve used it for a simple post-purchase survey to find out how customers heard about us, and it performed exactly as expected with no issues. Since we used it during a free promotional period, I can't speak much to the value for the money, but based on our experience so far, it seems like a solid tool for basic survey needs.

The AI reads my responses and let's me know what do to - other apps summarise but no other app actually picks up action items. Nothing else can match this.

The ability to use the same survey over many channels is something we've not seen before and it's amazingly helpful

I tested lots of survey apps and this one takes the crown! Very easy to use, lots of customization options, great reports, and the support is just stellar! I asked for a feature I was missing and they added it the next day! Highly recommend.
