After testing most of the similar options in the Shopify App Store for a multi-page customer feedback survey, we ultimately chose Asklayer as our solution. Anthony, the founder, was instrumental in helping us tailor the app to our needs and was incredibly responsive to feedback on a couple of features. The app works well and has been easy to use for our needs. We’ve used it for a simple post-purchase survey to find out how customers heard about us, and it performed exactly as expected with no issues. Since we used it during a free promotional period, I can't speak much to the value for the money, but based on our experience so far, it seems like a solid tool for basic survey needs.
