Super quick and easy to implement. I created post purchase surveys on all 4 of our brands within a matter of minutes!
After testing most of the similar options in the Shopify App Store for a multi-page customer feedback survey, we ultimately chose Asklayer as our solution. Anthony, the founder, was instrumental in helping us tailor the app to our needs and was incredibly responsive to feedback on a couple of features. His support exceeded modern expectations, going above and beyond, which we deeply value.We plan to continue using Asklayer for future customer outreach campaigns and highly recommend it to others looking to implement similar improvements on their sites.
It was a little confusing at first with the single page survey and email template setup but the documentation is good. Once I got the hang of it it's a great app.
We're happy with the NPS charting features and cross tab functions - really helping us understand our audience.
Crosstab analysis is great and Anthonys explanations and help getting started alone are worth the cost.
