The app works very well. Of course, it’s important to provide the AI tool with the right information. Support from the developer is excellent. Since purchasing the app, we have been supported by Siva, he is patient and takes all the time needed to explain the functionalities. In short, highly recommended and truly a valuable addition to our shop.
Siva did a fantastic job assisting with the installation of AskTimmy.ai and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He even went above and beyond by modifying the Ask Timmy icon exactly as I requested. His knowledge of the product is truly unparalleled.

Tried to install a botpress bot on my webshop. After 3 weeks of trying it didn't work.
Installed This app and after setting it up for about an hour it works like a charm! Never imagined it would be so good. Untill now he managed to answer all the possible questions.

So far, so good. I researched many options. The integration and training options for AskTimmy meet all my needs. I have an exceptionally large product catalog, so I was skeptical, but so far it seems to be learning my products. I'll update once the learning is complete and all products are synced.
