I had an excellent meeting with Rio from the Assisty team today. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly step-by-step — especially around setting up inventory parameters, demand forecasting, and safety stock controls.

What really stood out was how he took the time to understand my specific business setup and limitations, then tailored his explanations to make sure the system fit my needs rather than overcomplicating things. He walked me through both the global and item-level configurations, helping me see exactly how to use Assisty to maintain accurate stock levels and avoid over-ordering.

I left the session feeling confident, supported, and impressed with the level of service.

The team are very helpful too, Rio walked us through all the key points of the product which means we can get full value from it. Also really like that we can exclude skus (gift cards), and do some sales forecasting.

These guys are really helpful i have not seen other apps to support like this , they are always online to assist as well as steve made a video call to make me understand new features as well as resolve my problem. This app has lots of features you can do anything with your inventory plan , inventory revenue , future forecast sales , files are automatically generated with lots of useful stuff. We have been looking for a reliable quality Inventory Forecast Reports Application for a long time. Tested most of them but never found forecast reporting as good as with this App. Had immediate online support and enjoyed a meeting with Alex from Assisty to answer all my questions and customize templates with specific needs.

This app is very affordable but also robust in its features. We have around 2,000+ skus and it really helps us plan, manage, and forecast our inventory. They keep up with updating their app to make it more useful and provide better information for us. Thank you Assisty for your wonderful app and customer service (Alex Nyguen).

It's a really nice app to have when you need to analize your products, it has plenty of reports and the personalization you can make to any of them helps tons to clean the info and to process. Plus the customer service is really good, I noticed a bug and Steve helped me fixing it in a couple minutes.

Very Happy with the service you get with this app. I can easily customize reports to make sure i can get all the data i need in the format that works for our bushiness.
