One of the easier apps to work with within Shopify. They have thorough tutorials on their site but when I ran into something in the backend that was giving us trouble their customer service was prompt and thorough. The app offers the best auction functionality out there from what I have seen so far. Evenly important, the customer service support is great. They are unbelievably fast with their response.
