Product Review ‑ Audien Review

I installed the app on my store because I needed to make a good impression on my site, and I was pleasantly surprised with all the features that Audien offers and all the facilities they provide for us to make reviews and for our customers to rate our products. I am very satisfied; it’s the best app I’ve tried, and it’s 100% customizable. Highly recommended!

Has been by far the best review app i have used. It lets me display reviews however i want, import reviews straight from aliexpress, manage reviews, it gives me a dashboard to see my reviews and so much more. I love it

Great support and responsiveness, tried to get the app fixed as the collection page widget didn't work: I enabled the collection page to display reviews underneath each product but it didn't display; I was told the engineers were sleeping and weren't available at the moment, they followed up without me responding. I talked to a engineer directly and he helped me solve this within 5 minutes. They asked for direct access to edit my theme code so they could fix it themselves but I preferred they communicate with me in the live chat for a solution, no longer than 5 minutes hence my coding experience. They asked if I could leave a review prior to handing me translation for Aliexpress.us review imports though I can ensure... the visuals for the app are great. I used to use Trustoo review importer when it was free and just got back into eccomerce to finish up my project to realize it was not anymore; Audien is completely free and just the same as the product (Trustoo) with 5000+ reviews. The visuals on Trustoo and Audien are identical; I have the grid template selected for my products.
