I signed up for the free trial to test the service, but it ended up not being what I was looking for. I went over the trial period by just two days and was charged $350. When I requested a refund, they refused, claiming Shopify was at fault, even though they could have easily issued the refund themselves.
On top of that, the app isn’t customizable at all. They try to turn you into a client through the app, so it’s more like a marketing tool for their agency rather than a functional app. Overall, the experience felt misleading and unhelpful.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand how frustrating this must have been. Shopify typically sends reminders before the trial ends, so the overlap you mentioned is unusual, as our system automatically tracks the trial period.
Regarding customization, while we aren’t an agency, we do offer consultancy to help customers implement new features, like competitor pricing in your case.
