We looked at and tested a number of different apps for AusPost parcel integration and labelling. We found PluginHive's app the best in terms of functionality, support and cost. The support team are very responsive with any queries or issues we encounter and everything has been sorted out very quickly. The experience has been fantastic and we are very happy with our choice. Installed for one day, then uninstalled because it did not work for what I wanted, and still got billed a full month
Their team also has the audacity to call you unexpectedly to try to help you set it up, not even giving the option not to call, and then when you uninstall you get another email telling you that they're going to call - not even asking.

Please note that Shopify manages billing and payments for the app, including the free trial period. Charges are automatically applied immediately after the 15-day trial period ends. Upon reviewing your case, we found that the app was first installed on your store on November 12th, 2023, and uninstalled on January 22nd, 2024, which was after the free trial period had expired. When you reinstalled the app on July 3rd, 2024, the free trial had already ended, resulting in the charges incurred. We hope this clarifies the situation.
We have also processed a refund for your most recent transaction to ensure your satisfaction.

Aust Post Rates & Labels plugin is great and the helpdesk is superb! Anees and Mithun have been absolutely incredible with a couple of issues I've run into - they have worked tirelessly, and with understanding and expertise, to resolve the issues for our team. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I am totally blown away at the level of customer service I have received today! Shortly after downloading the app I received a phone call asking if I needed any help with anything and sure enough I did. Anees was so very patient with me and incredibly helpful!
