The app doesn't work unless you delete your old authorized.net gateway. The app is conflicting with the old gateway and its blocking access. The app wouldn't bring up a spot for me to enter the API Login / Api Key. You have to fully delete authorized gate way from the payments section in your admin area and then install the app. I followed the email authorized sent me and i was able to enter the info and process payments again. Terrible app and the Shopify customer service is even worse. They should have checked this app was working before allowing it to be published. Especially for a tech company, this is downright embarrassing for them
The app does not work, but we are being forced to update??? Why would you give us till august 31st, yet the app acts as if it isn't even there!!! Nothing what the app page description says! How can i even check my fraud or payment setups?? Horrible!!!

Apologies for any inconvenience. Can you please raise a support ticket through one of the following channels advising on issues you're seeing - https://support.authorize.net/knowledgebase/Knowledgearticle/?code=000001420. Fraud and payment setups are contained within Authorize.net and not Shopify. The new Shopify architecture only allows for minimal configuration around card types
Its been really confusing to keep receiving emails saying I need to update the connection, yet when I follow the prompts it just says that I am able to receive payments. After seeing so many similar reviews of this issue, I looked a little deeper and what I found was I went into Shopify payments, there was a warning saying that my connection to Authorize.net needed to be updated, When I pressed update, and it took me in to where I can select payment types.
At the very bottom I had the option to Activate, I didn't change any selections but did Activate.
Then everything turned green, and the warning is gone now, I am not sure if that is the case with others, but it seemed to solve my issue, but we will see if I receive another email saying I need to update the connection in a couple days.
I did the Shopify update yet I am still getting emails asking me to upgrade. I have checked the integration multiple times and it appears to be fully updated. Be sure to check Settings>Payments>authorize.net in Shopify to see if you updated it correctly.
Also, the transaction logs that now appears in the notes on the order level have much fewer details than the previous integration. Most notable AVS results are no longer included.
wont let me integrate, says wrong API number??? Very frustrating

Apologies for any inconvenience. Can I confirm that you're using your production key to onboard the new application? Once you have done this then you can switch between test and live using the toggle.
