Do not get confused - you are changing formatting not currency - so do not need Shopify support - easy to do once you get this detail as guide does not make it clear enough - easy to set-up and seems to work well

Very bad customization. Bad customer support. I liked the app in the beginning but then I lost hope in it.

Placing it in the footer may require significant changes to the app's code and layout, as well as potential conflicts with other elements on your website.
