I had an issue where it works on preview but not on live version. I talked with Izzy with live chat and it solved rightaway. Amazing team.

The app is easy to install (not an advanced user here) and seems to work fast without slowing the website.
Jon from the Support team was great - he even gave me website advice outside the direct question, and of course, resolved the initial confusion.

After installing the app it was not showing on my store, that was just only because of me, I asked for help from the support team, Jon from the support team really helped me to sort it out.
