Amazing Customer Support. I emailed them because I did not manage to get my switcher to work after getting my header fixed. When I emailed them, not only did they fix it, they even blend the switcher with my theme :)

Very good support, i made a request to change the position of the switcher and they helped fast, and very nice people.

The app has been good so far, easy setup and will follow up on performance down the road. I hope it doesn't slow the site down too much.
