I'm not sure why the reviews of this app are good - this app just doesn't work. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I feel the need to in this case as I've given them so many chances and I'm so disappointed.

The app hasn't once done what it claims to do, and customer support are almost non existent. Orders aren't fulfilling or they're partially fulfilling despite tracking information being added. At times our customers have received notifications when they shouldn't have, or their orders have been partially fulfilled.

Im a very long time paying customer.
App used to be great with good customer service.
However it 'breaks' once per month lately.
No orders have been emailed to our vendors for 5 days and still no help from customer service.
Im trying to find a new app today

I'm having constant issues with their app. It never syncs the orders I'm having to contact their support on a regular basis and wait for responses!

Hello There,

The orders did not sync because one of the items had a special character. After we added the special character, the orders now sync. Thank you for continuing to use Autofulfil.

The app doesn't load despite multiple tries. Not useful despite trying to install the app in multiple browsers.

This shop did not have any orders. You did not enter the app or test it. The shop is inactive. This is a fake review and we have reported it to Shopify.

The app works in all browsers. We have many happy customers who have been using it for many years.
