Asked for support but never received a response. Seems to be an issue with Shopify app developers. If you aren't going to support your app, don't make one, pretty simple.

We actually tried sending you email updates on your email multiple times. But everytime we got a message blocked error. See this link for proof. https://paste.pics/S2MMD
This error usually means that your email sub domain is not configured correctly for incoming emails, which explains why you might have been missing emails from other app devs as well.
