AutoDS have been extremely supportive in a very stressful situation. Something that appeared to be a bug in their system, actually turned out to be a bug in Shopify's. AutoDS continued to look into it until their developers identified the real problem. Thank you for your help, I appreciate all you managed to do for me the past few days
