Overall it has been easy. I had some hiccups at first but Customer Support was ready to answer my questions. Wish the chat was available to speak to a associate in real time, but email was fine. Many thanks to the great team and look forward to working with you in the future!

I had a problem because ended up with two accounts. Tech support check the other account and immediately put in a ticket request to delete the wrong account. He was very courteous and the whole problem was handled in just a few minutes. Gave them five stars for tech support.
