My biggest problem was finding quality and fair pricing. I also stressed over fulfillment, now have I sold anything through this platform? As of now, No. I just see a lot of credibility and can tell the products displayed have been sourced properly even as I go through my final steps as a first-time user of Auto DS I ended up here giving five stars because of the experience and the value it offers. I like the set up that it's very user friendly, and the amount of products available. I would like to see some example videos on some products though.

They have a wide range of verified products on their marketplace, and the automation process is seamless. I also enjoy all the metrics and data they provide for each product so that I don't have to calculate it manually. Definitely recommend Auto DS!

So far Auto DS have been the easiest and most efficient platform that I have tried and likes the most. In addtion the customer service and Gabriela that assisted me today was super friendly and right away listened to my concerns and my problem. I told her that I really needed an answer before the end of the night and she promised to update me in a couple of hours after she had spoken to somebody that could decide in my matter and then let me know, no issues. In addition, before terminating our chat she send me some links with helpful tips and tricks for me to find and connects with better suppliers and products. 5 starts so far for the platform and their efficiency and friendly helpful customer care!

AutoDS is user friendly! I was able to import products from suppliers seamlessly, edit some of the items, upload custom images and push it to my store with ease.

SUGGESTION:

One thing I would like to see is the ability to leave order notes to the merchant to meet with customer customization needs. I hope the AutoDS team takes that request seriously (I'm sure many others would have the same requirement) and provides a solution to it.

great customer service

EDIT: 08/19/2024 - The service was great at the start. recently my orders have not been going through from shopify to AutoDS. when my orders come through, its 2-3 items. AutoDS will recognize only 1 item. Leaving me without being able to fulfill the other items on the item. With this I'm paying for a subscription that doesn't allow me to place orders. I end up having to place the orders on a different source.

This issue happened about 3 weeks ago, and I've been asking for help. They continue to tell me that help is on the way, or send me to a different department that takes care of that side and nothing has been fixed.

Unbelievable app to shorten hours or even days to accomplish so many tasks to get things combined together, as the e-commerce market is a huge market with multiple choices and opportunities which is hard to handle by yourself alone, also the classic way (Manual) to exploite all selling platforms, such as Shopify, Amazon, epay and other selling channels, will be impossible at all without utilizng the AI power to speed up reaching your goals, AutoDS helped me to hassle free of working hours and hours to fulfill my tasks.

I can say that it is a gift from GOD to have all opportunities in all reliable selling channels gathered in one market place with full control over them, plus the support team will not let you off road whenever they notice any issue could affect your business as they will give you notes what to do the best way with friendly support team.
