Me gustaría que me aclararan un cargo de 600 dólares, no entiendo la razón del cargo si yo no utilice esta aplicación, estoy totalmente destrozado, ni si quiera tengo 600 dólares para pagar la factura y me molesta saber que tengo un cargo y más ahora que apenas tengo 15 días en la aplicación de shopify

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with AutoDS has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. After signing up for their service, I was shocked to find multiple charges on my credit card, far exceeding what I had agreed to pay. This was just the beginning of my nightmare.

When I tried to log in to my account to address this issue, I discovered, to my dismay, that I couldn't access my account at all. There was no explanation, no error message - just a blank screen that left me completely locked out. This was more than just an inconvenience; it was a complete blockade to resolving my billing issues.

But the real icing on the cake? Their customer service, or should I say, the lack thereof. I reached out multiple times through every channel I could find - email, phone, even their social media platforms. No response. It's as if they've simply vanished, leaving me with unauthorized charges and no way to contest them.

It's appalling to see a company operate with such disregard for its customers. The lack of transparency and accountability is shocking. I strongly advise anyone considering AutoDS to think twice. There are plenty of other services out there that respect and value their customers. Unfortunately, AutoDS is not one of them.

Auto DS has worked extremely well for me. Being a brand new rookie drop-shipper, this app has greatly helped me with the technical bit of this type of way behind making money. Love the easy platform, and cheap subscription. Without Auto DS it would greatly increase the amount of hard work and time it takes to get started. If you are struggling, and really need some help, Auto DS is definitely for you.

Affordable pricing, great customer support, it's integrated with Shopify which I need, it allows you to fulfill and import products super fast So I highly recommend you check it out

Great service by support, Lorain served me super well! I didn't stay on the platform because I'm Brazilian, and it's very expensive to pay 140 reais a month, especially since I'm starting. But be aware of who is going to enter the platform that is very worthwhile. One day I'll get back to you, for sure, even though I don't speak English well, I was very well attended by the support.

This has extremely helped me out in starting my online business 10/10!!

Very inconvenient app, with a really awkward interface. Had issues with the subscription. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend getting it. Just a headache.
